In class today we read the pages 122-135. We then picked and character to do our analysis on. I chose kiens father and would pick 10 items that would be found in his trash can. I am excited to present this

In class we read pages in the book and we found quotes. We would find the theme, topic, conflict as well as analyze the quote. I enjoyed doing thing because it helped me further comprehend what I was reading

In class today we first took a pop quiz. This quiz was very easy and I receieved a 100 on it. After that we read the pages 16-25. The book is getting more entertaining and also really sad. The death of Can with the letter from his mother following made me really sad and I felt really bad for him. I believe if he recieved that message before, he would not have left.

In class today we started reading to book The sorrow of war. So far in this book I like how there is a lot of imagery and use of many literary devices. The book is pretty sad already with many having died in war and bodies being everywhere. We are instructed to read pages 8-13 for homework and take notes because there may or may not be a pop quiz tomorrow.

In class today we received a reading calendar. We will be starting to read the book The sorrows of war. This sounds like an interesting book and I am excited to start. We will be starting Tuesday and reading pages 3-8 and 8-13 for homework. I don't like reading but I am trying to train myself to start reading more so it should be fun.
